I have always been fond of music, especially when I'm feeling down. Now, I don't think there's enough popular songs about disability and how we struggle each day. But I stumbled across a song the other day that, while it's not about disability, I've been listening to quite often when I feel like I failed somehow. When all that's happening is really just me struggling and making it through another day, for better or for worse, I like to remind myself that I am perfectly incomplete, but I am good the way I am. Hey loves, I just wanted to share a quick update. After everything that happened, my sisters and I finally left the hospital and made it to Juba. We’re staying in Gudele 1, Block 8 now. Thanks to all the support we’ve already received, we were able to rent a small apartment for the four of us. I don't think anything is going to stop T-Rump from gutting medicaid- which means I need to go back to work because Medicaid covers a hell of a lot when you live quite near the very bottom of the poverty level. So I am contacting the American Career Center -- going over there tomorrow. I have to find a job that won't hurt my body like when I was working, working ran me into the ground so bad I couldn't barely walk or go up or down steps.
