Only a select few have English tagged, I assume something related to no-language option is related.
I've still only read to leave the language blank on everything for now, as it is supposed to result in restricted access to content.
Edit: The user selected a language while posting, it is generally advisable that English speaking posts don't select a language at all for visibility.

The aussie.zone server will be getting a reboot shortly, in order to upgrade from 2 to 4 vCPU. It shouldn't be down for more than 5 minutes or so.

It seems like lemmy.ml may be down as I am not seeing updates on our instance, I'm also not getting anything loading from their domain.
It's possible this could be an issue with their 0.18 update.
Edit: Looks like it may already be back online.

We love our Tassie comrades. They deserve a spot on the Aussie Zone icon.
I'll be upgrading aussie.zone to Lemmy version 0.18 as soon as I get my airport wifi working on my laptop... Will unsticky this post when completed.

The limited-scope focus of aussie.zone means it makes a lot of sense for new community-creation to be restricted on this instance. But is it possible for us to create communities on other instances? I’ve got a few interests that I’d love to see represented in the Threadiverse which currently aren’t, so I had thought to create them myself, but I can’t figure out how.
