Depending on the medicine, a fridge could be cold enough to damage it. My testosterone isn't supposed to be stored at temps below 68F (20C)

I don't know for a fact, but the testicles are outside the body for cooling purpouses....
you can make shade and relatively dry locations even where its humid.
Also, if you're in the jungle or desert, usually you ended up there on purpouse, or there are no pharmacies nearby.
