No, its not great but its not as bad as I-81 Knoxville <-> Binghamton. Every exit through that corridor looks exactly the same and it runs for 700 miles.
I will say 20 years ago I had to overnight in my car during a snow storm on I-80 because PennDOT cant be bothered to plow in the winter.

Yes. Driving the length of it one time was enough to convince me to fly every time afterward. Sometimes looking down from 36000 feet, I still think it takes too long.
