Yeah, I stopped less than three minutes in when it froze to show that woman's face clearly. It's pretty disgusting. Also, in the short time I watched, two things really stuck out: 1. The filmer seemed especially focused on women. 2. They seemed to be blatantly disrespectful of pedestrians. This was not a good look for the person making the video in the least, and they need to reevaluate their motivations and moral compass.

They creep around filming from inside their car. Get the fuck out and walk with them, talk with them...understand the broad spectrum of raw humanity. ...Driving by acting like it's a zoo... Where's the humanity in that?

Yea they should definitely walk around junkies with expensive equipment, surely no one would be put in danger.
