During the session, significant progress in the health field was presented, highlighting the training of more than 100,000 Venezuelan students in medical specialties such as pediatrics, cardiology, and psychiatry.
One of the central points of the agenda was the review of the balance of the Obratón, the social project of the Bolivarian Government that focuses on the massive delivery of public works.
It was also reported that this innovative initiative has already resulted in more than 20,000 projects implemented in communities throughout the country, covering the areas of infrastructure, education, health and sports.
This project is the result of a series of public consultations carried out during the last year.
Also discussed was compliance with the instructions of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, for the incorporation of the Student Federation into the Council of sectoral vice presidents and ministers.
In this context, details were given on the activation of the National University Games and the special student tourism plan, initiatives aimed at promoting recreation, sports and the integration of the student community.
Similarly, the operation of the 1x10 Good Governance platform was checked , a key tool for the registration and monitoring of citizen reports in the different areas of social care, in order to optimize the State's response to the needs of the population.
