In one screenshot the aspirational licensee is asking to detail the flood and earthquake history of the region the reactor would be built in. They are pitching this because apparently the licensing process is a major bottleneck in terms of time and costs. So they want to have GenAI fill out the forms.
I feel like this proposal isn't going to anywhere and probably some clout chasing MBA dweeb dreamed this up (probably using AI).
