So the NYT admitting the PRC has every upper hand, complaining trump only used terrifs and did not blocl?chips (agian) and seems to think the issue is at trumps feet not because trump caused the PRC to surge ahead, but because he exposed the US for the paper tiger it is, and now the PRC might finish its civil war and we cannot have that.
