It affirms that this transgression by the Zionist entity would not have reached these limits were it not for the enormous support from global imperialism in general and American imperialism in particular, and the complicity of the puppet regimes in our region, and it calls upon the free people of the world, the supporters of Palestine, to pressure the international community and the various relevant international organizations in order to stop this disgrace

2. Calls upon all struggling forces—political, human rights, trade union, and civil—in our region and across the world to continue supporting the Palestinian people and their heroic resistance, and to redouble efforts to further isolate this arrogant enemy, expose its crimes, criminalize normalization with it, and overturn this law. This can be achieved by launching various initiatives, including demonstrations in front of enemy embassies or embassies of American imperialism, correspondence with relevant international bodies, and ensuring that this point, and the issue of prisoners in general, are strongly present in the events commemorating the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People (November 29, 2025).

3. Affirms that resisting colonialism in all legitimate forms, foremost among them armed struggle, is a natural right guaranteed by international conventions. This law, intended to terrorize the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, will not stop the march of this great people, along with all the free people of the world, towards victory and liberation. This is a lesson from the lessons of national liberation movements against colonialism.
