Several areas across the occupied West Bank witnessed widespread assaults by […] settlers and soldiers on Tuesday evening, resulting in injuries, arrests, and extensive property damage. Meanwhile, settlers continued their incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem.
In Tulkarm, settlers launched a large-scale attack on the industrial area east of the city, near Beit Lid town, causing massive fires and injuring several residents.
Palestinian sources reported that settlers set fire to several vehicles inside the Plastic industrial area, including four trucks belonging to a dairy factory, and caused damage to the factory and nearby properties.
The attack also spread to nearby farmland, tin structures, and tents belonging to a Bedouin community. Witnesses said settlers threw stones at residents, injuring some in the head, while Israeli forces provided protection to the attackers during the assaults.
In Qalqilya, Israeli forces raided the town of Azzun and spread through Al-Safha area after entering from the main northern entrance, leading to limited clashes with local residents.
In Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, Israeli forces arrested a Palestinian activist after settlers stormed the village of Umm al-Khair and released their livestock onto citizens’ lands, destroying crops.
