The material always comes before the idea. People don't uphold racist supremacism because they have been "brainwashed", they intelligently understand to potentially gain a material benefit from the exploitative relationship of the "other" because they have a long history backing up that perspective.
Something that stood out for me from that video is that US farm owners may potentially have a relationship with organised crime of the Americas in order to coerce their immigrant farm workers by threatening to harm their families back home. It adds more context to the supposed reasons for war against Venuzuela.
Also one must wonder how much worse the human trafficking must be than even portrayed in the video given that this "whistleblow" video is by a farm owner herself with all the politics that come with that.
