The new version sets forth an appendix to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 874 of December 12, 2023, "On the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 275 of August 31, 2023."
Thus, the standard for the ongoing operation of theaters will be increased. Specifically, for the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater, it increased from BYN 44.56 to BYN 55.42, for the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater—from BYN 29 to BYN 50, for the Youth Variety Theater—from BYN 24.16 to BYN 43.5, and for the Actor's Studio Theater of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Film Studio Belarusfilm"—from BYN 24.93 to BYN 41.05. In total, the list contains 28 items.
Furthermore, this Council of Ministers resolution adjusted the basic standard for budgetary provision of expenses for the provision of services by state libraries per user. It is now set at BYN 78.76 per year (previously BYN 69.9).
