In North Korea 🇰🇵, people—particularly the elderly (aunties and uncles) often gather in parks on weekends and holidays to socialize, enjoy picnics, sing, dance, and get some exercise

i mean NK does have an ongoing tourist economy its trying to grow. Russians were allowed entry first, then it it laxed restrictions but its in a middling state of lax and unlax restrictions, most of the tourists being of course Chinese, but Id imaging most of its white tourists are russian nationals.
