There have been recent protests in Korea by disability activists centered around the right to accommodations on public transport. Some of these activists can trace back to this movement in the early 2000's. This documentary is in Korean and has no English subs but if you don't understand Korean you can still view the actions taken by the activists, and I will provide some explanations & timestamps, focusing mainly on protest scenes and clashes with police (the other scenes mainly consist of talking with government officials or demonstrating the problems with the public transport accessibility).
Opening scene: A news report about a collapsed accessibility lift in a subway station, where a disabled elderly woman was killed by it falling 7 meters down and her husband was severely injured. This is followed by protests in the subway where disability rights advocates stand, sit, and lay on the tracks and board the trains, many saying, "We cannot die anymore!"
11:27 - An outdoor protest scene, ACAB at 12:56 (cops show up an immediately start pulling and shoving people etc., protesters, many of them in wheelchairs, defend themselves and fight back)
16:30 - Another outdoor scene, activists are trying to collect signatures from the public to help their movement. 16:42 activists are linking arms and addressing the public about their movement, when cops rush in from the side start shoving them apart and taking their stuff, once again protestors do their best to defend themselves as cops beat them and carry people away.
31:44 - Activists are on their way to ride the bus. A wall of cops blocks them. The situation escalates to shoving and grabbing, people are saying to the cops "I'm trying to take the bus, why are you grabbing me?" "What did I do wrong?" etc.
34:45 - More confrontation with cops.
35:57 - Activists get on a bus and put a chain on some of the rails inside, the chain leads out of the bus and to a line of protestors holding it and wrapped in it. 37:36 - Cops eventually come in, start pushing people and carrying people away.
38:53 - Activists arrive at a convention for "Social Welfare Day" and are blocked from entering, they want to speak with the minister of Health & Welfare but are told to go through proper channels, said they have tried, etc. Health & Welfare guy starts giving a commemoration speech while activists are blocked, so they start shouting their demands as the speech continues.
51:02 - Activists address the public in the city center, surrounded by cops.
52:01 - "2002.5.19 Another disabled person lost their life using the lift at Balsan Station", activists demand an apology from the city and go on a hunger strike, 52:44 activists again block the train in protest.
Please let me know if you find any major inconsistencies between my summary and the actual scenes and timestamps.
