What are the best places to get theory ebooks that are formatted correctly
I have tried to read theory ebooks but for some reason none of them that I have found work on the ereader I have and have strange formatting where chapters and page ends don't show up right or are split over several pages

Here are the sources I know about:
The biggest source of ebooks is Marxists.org, but it has somewhat crummy EPUBs and PDFs. The site is also awful to navigate.
I've had a good experience with Foreign Language Press, but they only publish PDFs, which isn't ideal.
Is there any way to submit epubs and if so what are the requirements for submitting? I've been working on epubifying a few of them in my free time, specifically ones that have bad OCR. I am currently referencing https://standardebooks.org/manual/1.8.6/single-page
I haven't really had anyone submit epubs yet. So I don't know. What I'd like is a SE folder with git history (see https://standardebooks.org/contribute/producing-an-ebook-step-by-step) if you submitted that I'd probably accept it. If it's a SEMOS conformant EPUB but not the above, I might be fine with it. Beyond that I can at least use the html from the EPUB to create an SE EPUB myself, akin to if you had followed https://lemmy.ml/post/42488834.

You can also find a lot of good books on Anna's Archive.
There's usually many different versions of the same book, in different formats. You should usually go for the most downloaded ones. If there are some formatting issues, you can also try using Calibre to regenerate the underlying structure.
Valarie in theory

Marxist-Lenilist Reading Hub currently has four collections of various works in EPUB and PDF format.
There's also Comrade's Library, which is supposed to emulate Standard Books, but for leftist books. It has a lot of potential IMO.
You can also download books from Wikisource, but not all books have been proofread or edited correctly.
Comrades Library looks sick ty for them
Hello! I'm the kitty/titular comrade of Comrade's library. If you have questions or anything do ask me.

Anna's archive usually has the books you need.
As @CommiePoutine@lemmygrad.ml said, my favorite source is comrade @Edie@lemmy.ml's Comrade's Library, which I use as a top priority in the basic ML study guide I made.
What is your ereader? Koreader has html support and does well with directly formatting from the marxists.org site.
