Don't forget the 1918 Siberian Invasion! When freedom-loving America teamed up with Imperial Japan and 17 other countries to jump into the Russian civil war...on the side on the king. They don't teach us that one in school for some reason🤔 No Kings for me, Kings for thee.

Point taken. I always assumed they were meant to be only a joke. In this case it seems Mr Jank is the joke and I've learnt some more intricate nuances of the meme culture.
meme
noun
ˈmēm
1
: an amusing or interesting item (such as a captioned picture or video) or genre of items that is spread widely online especially through social media
… the band encouraged fans to make memes to advertise the U.S. release of their EP …—
William Gruger
The grumpy cat meme frowned its way onto the Internet in September 2012 and never turned its dissatisfied head back. Since then, the image of the cranky cat has grown more and more popular in direct proportion to appearing less and less impressed by fame.—
Anastasia Thrift
2
: an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within a culture
Memes (discrete units of knowledge, gossip, jokes and so on) are to culture what genes are to life. Just as biological evolution is driven by the survival of the fittest genes in the gene pool, cultural evolution may be driven by the most successful memes.—
Richard Dawkins
I'd say you're the joke but you're really not getting any laughs either

everyone wanted them to collapse
This changes what exactly? Even if everyone wanted it to collapse for purely imperialistic reasons, that doesn't actually say anything about the government being good or bad.

It's like everyone wanted them to collapse for a reason. Especially the "satellite states"

Well beyond the meme or the tankie attempt at propaganda or anything, those are not at all exclusive. What Bob says has nothing to do with showing Patrick was wrong. Or am i missing the point here?

The point is that analysis of authority without analysis of class is meaningless. The USSR was brutal and totalitarian to the capitalist class, the landlords, the Tsarists, and the fascists. The working classes, via control of the state, made no excuses for the terror they inflicted on their domestic ruling classes, and this terrified global porkie. The KGB, police, millitary, Warsaw Pact, and other use of working class authority was the real manifestation of the dedication of the working classes to preserving the incredible gains they made against domestic infiltration and international aggression and encirclement.
jankforlife in memes
Its the CIA invented phrase AuThOrItarIan again!
For the liberals who hate reading, a fun little bop
Adding this to my Parenti collection! Goes hard.

Marxists have learned from the collapse of the Paris Commune that we can't just take the state, we have to smash it and replace it with a proletarian one dedicated to preserving socialism. Dr. Michael Parenti on socialists defending against imperialists and sabateurs. Applies perfectly to Venezuela today.
