IT consulting. No actual qualifications required. Most of them have no fucking idea what they are doing. They just make you buy the latest hardware from whatever the current "industry leader" of tech is for equipment.

Everyone swears by the high vis and clipboard combo, but these days high vis plus tablet is the way to go. You look way more important plus if someone approaches you it's much easier to appear busy working on a tablet until they're gone instead of staring at the same piece of paper.

Many states don't require any kind of license to be a mediator. You can meditate court cases, and legal disputes. It's because meditation is about the two parties coming to an agreement on their own so you're just there as a neutral third party.
