I assume you're referring to Schumann resonances. Two issues:

  • A 7Hz sound is not audible by any human. You might be able to feel it if it's quite loud, but even then it would be more a periodic compression than "sound"
  • More importantly, Schumann resonances are not sound at all. It's 7.83Hz on the electromagnetic spectrum. They are "radio waves", not sound waves.
