I’ve seen stars from a couple hockey hits but I don’t think I’ve ever had a concussion. I did once have my elbow punch it’s way out of my skin, but that’s about the gnarliest thing that’s happened to me.

Maybe one, at a push. I doinked my head off a concrete floor pretty hard when I was drunk once.
