Em dashes in internet prose are more redundant than not, imo.
However, the AI clues I use are beyond just the presence of em-dashes, AI seems to use them in a predictable style (in the final part of their answer). They also use emojis section headers and bolding excessively.

I just like anything that lets me have asides but brackets () work just as well
