Strikes lose all meaning when the government can just force the workers back to work whenever it becomes inconvenient. Disruption is the whole point of a strike. It reminds people why the job is important, and forces companies to negotiate with workers. Neoliberal ghouls are gutting fundamental worker rights in Canada.

Oh and guess owns a massive chunk of Air Canada? It's Brookfield. And by extension… oh look, it’s Mark Carney. Funny how ‘national interest’ always aligns with his portfolio.
