Any opinions on NANO here?

Wanting to learn a bit more about it and discuss with people to know what they think about it

Any more arguments? Haha

Not bothered by the lack of privacy features?

Nano is awesome and almost instant cryptocurrency. It is also eco friendly.

Having used it, I'm bummed that it's not more popular. It's incredibly satisfying to send 1.0 and the other side gets 1.0 instead of 0.99937263. Also nobody really talks about how stressful it can be waiting for long confirmations, which isn't an issue with Nano.

I usually only use that text editor when doing raspberry pi stuff

Come on I am not talking about that!

Oh okay. Nano the blockchain (actually a DAG I think) has been essentially dead for years.

Did a quick look at activity: Code repo only a dozen commits per month. Chain itself only a couple tx per min. Prob spam n bots left running.

Note: I’m an engineer in the space. I’m not a trader. Traders trade dumb shit to follow hype. Perhaps there’s some influencer marketing shilling this crap and it’ll pump. That’s not my game. I trade on empirical data.

Does it need updates though?

lol what? Need updates? It needs put into a box, the box put into a giant trebuchet and lit on fire, then launched into the abyss.

*not financial advice

Sometimes handy but if given the option I use something like kakoune or helix.

Did you all just decide to make fun of me? :(

No, it just seems that no one knows anything about the nano you're talking about, so we just went for the disambiguation joke instead.
