Is there a plan for a dark mode

For those of us who don't necessairly like to browse during the brighter areas, is there a plan for a dark mode or themes for this instance?

It's already an option! Under the languages in your settings

I also didn't know there was a dark mode, but if you ever find a website that doesn't have one I highly recommend the Dark Reader browser extension, I've been using it for years and it's never let my eyes down.

there are 4 comments here i cant see so sorry if this has already been answered. I personally use the "darkly" theme in user settings to navigate

I had the same issue as OP so went to check my language settings… it was set to “undetermined”. Then I realized that despite it being radio buttons, you can select more than one. So I added English in addition to Undetermined, and now I see the missing 4 comments.

There is a dark mode, right? I'm using Dark-Red right now at least?

I think there already is. Under settings - appearance - darkly. I'm new on Lemmy so I might be mistaken though.
