Miez und Lilly beäugeln sich

They greeted each other by hissing, but it's much better than Miez and Koda. It shows that Miez is not afraid of Lilly, she just wants Lilly to keep her distance and show dominance.

Sie haben sich zwar fauchend begrüßt, aber es ist viel besser als Miez und Koda. Man merkt sofort dass Miez nicht ängstlich, sondern dominant reagiert und Lilly zu Abstand halten auffordert

Lilly later made it clear that she isn't afraid either by making a tour through the whole apartment. In fact, she made her bed for the night under the couch that is currently in my bedroom. I couldn't lure her back into the living room and figured there is no harm in letting her stay.

Lilly hat später auch gezeigt dass sie keine Angst vor Miez hat und hat die ganze Wohnung inspiziert. Sie hat sich sogar die Couch die gerade noch im Schlafzimmer steht als Schlafplatz rausgesucht. Ich konnte sie nicht ins Wohnzimmer zurück locken und ich wollte sie nicht unnötig stressen und raus zwingen.

Lilly has become a real night active cat it seems. I guess it is because she is a bit of a shy kitty and at night the kids are asleep, so she has the house nearly to herself. The night before, she came out and wanted some pets. I'm a night person, too, so I obliged.

Lilly ist scheinbar eine richtig nachtaktive Katze geworden. Ich schätze das kommt daher dass sie gern ihre Ruhe hat und nachts die Kinder schlafen, sie also das Haus fast für sich hat. Am ersten Abend hier ist sie auch erst nachts für Streicheleinheiten raus gekommen. Ich bin auch ein Nachtmensch also bin ich der Forderung gern nachgegangen.
