Since 2009 I have been scammed by three deceitful doctors and I need to know what my legal options are

Doc 1 (JT) game me the wrong bipolar diagnosis. He diagnosed me in 2009. He looked up the wikipedia article on mania and read me the checklist. After I said "yes" to enough questions he diagnosed me with bipolar 1 and put me on seroquel and geodon

I have lost 16 years of my life because of bipolar meds. I am only manic when I am under the influence of drugs. My current doctor, RO, whose English isn't that great, thinks I am lying. When I told him I needed adderall, I spent 10 minutes explaining to him that adderall doesn't trigger my mania (only caffeine does). His exact words were

"You see, adderall, the thing is.......it make you manic"

Doc 2 (FM) gave me electroconvulsive therapy I did not need. He only recommended it because he was the one doing it, so he got paid. I have been unable to feel stronjgj emotions since Jan 2019 because of this.

Doc 4 (DP) prescribed me benzos when he knew I was binge drinking. I have been unable to sleep a full 8 hours a night without alcohol and benzos in my system because of him. I quit drinking three years ago. Doesn't matter. Without alcohol and benzos I can only sleep two hours a night. I woke up 3 and a half hours ago at midnight, and that was after drinking 5 8% ABV beers. I need klonopin (at least 2 mg) to get a full night's sleep

So what are my options? I am prepared to call the police and tell them everything when I am taken to a crissi center against my will later today.

Hey kenny like I told you in your last post you can always request new doctor if you are not comfortable and have re evaluation/ medication adjustment. It’s really important to be honest of your needs and medical wishes. Adderall is stimulant , if caffeine triggers mania for you then any other stimulant can have high potential to cause manic episode maybe that why your doctor is worried . Right now best thing is to think about your situation at hand and try understand why things are happening. That why getting medical files and having someone go over them with you , may help you understand the issue at hand . If you are still drinking then yes psych meds may have stronger effect than desired and can make undesirable symptoms. If you are struggling with alcohol i would seek treatment and if you are mixing benzodiazepines with alcohol you can seriously harm yourself . That may be why they are admitting you is because it’s dangerous. They maybe concerned of medical emergency if you are mixing . Please take care of yourself and be kind to yourself.

You don't understand. Caffeine, THC, and alcohol trigger mania. Opiates, LSD, mushrooms, ketamine, ecstasy, MDMA, and meth do not.

Im not going argue but i am telling you as someone who study pharmaceuticals . Stimulants ( e, meth , coke , caffeine ect.. ) and mixing alcohol with you psychiatric meds will cause manic induced episode , as well psychosis . You are playing very dangerous game and i hope you can get help

The alcohol you say you can't sleep without, alongside mixing with benzos?

Do you even remember the other things you've said here? None of this adds up to a picture in your favor.

Rehab for a hard reset on any and all substances. Without this, I don't believe any other problems are even treatable.

Then, extensive psychodynamic therapy. Not CBT.

Without knowing why you drink and what substances you use, it's hard say anything else. Also, I'm not an expert, but after a year of intense therapy, I'm still depressed. But it's worth exploring if you are ready to feel better. We can't all be ready. Some never are. And that's okay too.

I am sober

You are very much not, per comments here and in your last post to this comm where you say you were high all the time last month.

At the very least, you're still drinking regularly despite saying that it triggers your mania.

Sober (with some relapses) is relapsed. It's not fun to accept but it is the truth. If you were sober before you can get back there, but you have to be honest with yourself.

That doesn't seem to be what you were saying in your post?

I woke up 3 and a half hours ago at midnight, and that was after drinking 5 8% ABV beers.

It also doesn't match up with their last post in this comm or the reddit post OP made and referenced there that another user tracked down.

I am (mostly) sober. The last time I drank before last night was three and a half weeks ago.

Its hard for people to give advice if you arent honest with them or yourself.

This doesnt classify as sober from my understanding. You say 3 years sober then 3 weeks ago then last night... your story isnt passing the stink test so far mate.

This whole situation seems simpler than you're letting on. You repeatedly say your episodes are triggered by drugs, and that you were high all the time last month in a comment on your previous post.
