I'm really curious where he's going. I feel like normal retirement or switching to lobbying wouldn't have been so abrupt.
His legacy at ULA seems debatable. Getting Vulcan up and running and moving on from RD-180s is good, but too little too late. No real reuse program is really bad at this point. It's also tough to separate what is his fault or because of Boeing and Lockheed owning ULA.
