Part of me is happy that Lemmy has a community that allows this long-running joke to continue.
Part of me wonders whether the people in that community realize they are the butt of such jokes, or understand why.

Oh, I don’t think that community exists. At least, the link doesn’t work for me. I just made up a fake community on Hexbear, because that’s where I’d expect North Korean apologists to be.
