For anyone too young to remember, the "you are an idiot 😀😀😀" reference, it was a prank virus from 2002.
Technically it wasn't even a virus even if it was usually described as such. It was just a link to a website that would show the text, play the song, and then spawn more windows when you attempted to close one. Restarting the PC was the only way to stop it.
It was very funny in cubicle offices.
(Any modern browser in 2025 should easily handle this now)

Sadly it's a remake. The original url was bought by some porn/click farm.
But yes, even the original script wouldn't work on modern browsers. If anyone wants to do something like this today, they should buy a mobile ad. There's seemingly no limits to how many pop-ups and redirects they're allowed to make.

It's not that deep. The artist just drew the self insert character as a woman because she's a woman, while she drew herself messing up because her humor is self deprecating. It's not like a trans artist is trying to cover for AI or capitalists.

I don't think the original artist made this particular instance. This looks wholly like somebody took the comic and slapped together with a screenshot. Which creates a whole different implication.
