EDIT: Looks like it's source might be some kind of Japanese porn game because the one site that Tineye had indexed a similar image was a... Japanese porn site. Yet, the image itself is actually no longer on that site, and isn't available via Archive's Wayback Machine. This is the only evidence of the image, and it looks like it was just the original image with a new caption.

Different clothing, differnt hair style, different art style. So probably not.
But I really like this show, it's pretty good!
