It's like when they tried to threaten my shop with withholding (duly authorized) funds because my shop had DEI.
The head of my shop replied "You already canceled everything for the future and are currently violating the law by withholding past due funds as it is, so this means nothing. Go sit on it" and drastically ramped up our DEI dept.
