I feel like my facial anatomy is just destined to be masculine... even androgynous is out of reach. I also need to go to a dentist.

While I did this I gave myself this kinda curly wavy hair and a darker hair color and I really like that. But I look like my ex like that... especially with my teeth the way they are....

I hated my face too... Pre HRT some of my facial features where just so masc, quoting a friend of mine "you got a jawline more chiseled than roman statues". HRT doesn't change bone structure so I was devastated that I'd be stuck with that until I could get ffs. But what it does do however is round off facial features. My jawline didn't go away, it got covered. I'm at a point where I am so happy with myself in general that I can't even describe how it feels. I don't think I could bare even a single day going back to how I used to look...

HRT does wonders. There is no other way for me to describe it. You just need to give it the time it needs

My advice is to try faceapp on the same picture, once feminizing and once masculinizing to get an idea of what it's doing. I also tried it on the dog and on a baby. It gives very stereotypical features of whatever variety you ask it. Understand that it's just a toy. It's just a toy, but it's also a little dangerous because it promises a falsehood that someone in the throes of dysphoria is susceptible to putting their hope in.

Your transition will be your own and not some AI's hallucination.

I'm always cautious when it comes to AI. Like you said it follows a lot of stereotypes and such, and I noticed it messed with my eye shapes in the picture a little bit. It's why I'll never trust the "AI/AR try on" features in clothes shopping, either (also it defeats half the point of trying it on, which is seeing how it feels to wear).

I feel like I could be a lot prettier, or not. It's a complete mystery until it happens...
