Why not? The jewelry doesn't make much sense, you'd expect someone able to draw like this to at least nail the accessories. The hands look wonky, the wrist joint is abnormally distanced from the hand, the fingers tucked also don't look natural. I have no proof, but it doesn't check out to me. It could be an amateur character drawing on a recycled background collage but I'm suspicious.

And the tree in the top right is the exact same color as the clouds, and she only has 4 fingers on her left hand, and the reflection patterns in her eyes are suspiciously distinct from each other. I'm definitely leaning towards this being generated
