I transformed into a banana.
I’m used to having some random arm or leg bruises in life, I’m actively human. This has become next level shades of bruise.
It’s a point where I need to rethink and relearn how to do things in order to be more gentle with myself. I care about me now.

I care about me now.
This made me tear up a bit. I don’t know you, but I’m really happy you’ve made it here.
Happy anniversary, I’m hoping for many more. 💖

You might look into taking folate/folic acid

Just scrolled past here, no idea what im talking about with regards to hormone therapy, but i just discovered i have a folic acid deficiency.
I have ulcerative colitis, and a symptom of that + the medication can be folic acid deficiency. I discovered this as i started drinking less beer, and actively felt WORSE when i didnt drink. Super fatiqued, would pass out at work for more than an hour, memory loss. It was starting to get real bad. Then i realized random bruises and bruises that wouldnt heal, so i thought iron deficiency/anemia... well one thing led to another and i remembered my doctor warned me this could happen (down side of memory loss... you forget why youre having memory loss).
Also curious enough, beer is a source of folic acid. Its a byproduct of the yeast/fermentation process. So i had no idea i had a problem because i had a beer basically every day... needless to say, ive started taking a supplement.
The last thing i hadnt realized was that i hadnt dreamed in forever... and my first one after getting on a supplement was a wild ride.

Yeah, my wife has a B12 deficiency from some sort of GI issue (refuses to see a specialist), and she bruises like crazy if she doesn't take folic acid.

I hope she gets it under control. Its no joke and can lead to serious long term complications. Good luck to her

Jk jk!
Glad you care about you now.
Not trans myself, but got fucking crippled a while back... my life has been nothing but PT for about the last year now, as of 2 months ago, actually directed by a professional!
Take nothing for granted, my friend, a life and a body are terrible things to waste.

Echoing this sentiment, I had a close call a week ago where I felt something off in my back while doing gardening.
I was suddenly on the ground and unable to move and almost had to call an ambulance as I couldn't get up.
Thankfully it seems not to have been serious, but your body can just decide at a moments notice that its had enough
