YSK: A cheap tick key is much more reliable for safe removals than tweezers. Save some stress, and potentially a trip to urgent care!

also important to note how to remove ticks regardless of tool used: grab them as close to the skin as possible, to minimize the risk of leaving parts of the tick behind.

even better than a tick key is a tick lasso pen, gives you good control and visibility and makes it easy to get really close to the skin.
