Recommend installing the Dearrow extension. It makes YouTube much more pleasant. No fake thumbnails with big text and a dude with his mouth open, or misleading video titles.

This is a screenshot of Newpipe; I can't download browser extensions for it.
Also with the kind of people I follow on Youtube that isn't an issue I often face in the first place. It doesn't even apply here.

The state of current YT where you can search for literally anything and will get 3 semi-related results followed by an infinite scroll of completely unrelated political rage rabbit hole content. Their algorithm is so chalked.
