They put a sweater on?

I believe (but will happily be corrected) that loose sweaters are often used to conceal the exact shape of the body in order to cope with gender dysphoria. Together with the Blåhaj, the colors on the choker and the explicit designation as boy of an individual that challenges the bounds of traditional gender norms for boys, I interpret this correlation of visual language to indicate that the person depicted may be transgender, which is a common theme in this community.

The image as a whole would thus carry a message of encouragement and affirmation for boys to defy gender norms, whether those assigned such at birth that wish to exhibit an aesthetic traditionally considered effeminate or those assigned otherwise that choose to not present themselves quite so strongly in line with traditional masculinity:

If this is how you're comfortable, go for it. Live your best life. Be your authentic self. You don't need to dress up for anyone.

Look, I had to learn interpretation of artwork ages ago, I gotta do something with it, no? I wasn't particularly good at it, so maybe I'm wrong too. I'm also not particularly inmmersed in trans lore, so I might have missed some nuance.

And if I said something hurtful, please correct me. Good intentions can only get you so far, and "I didn't mean to" doesn't help the pain if we don't endeavour to be better.
