There is a sushi place near me with a buffet option. $36 per person, each person gets a few paper menus, you mark what you want to order and they make it for you. You can keep ordering new dishes as much as you want. The catch is that if you can't finish a dish, you pay for the whole dish.

I usually leave feeling like I am about to explode.

This is me with potato salad. I make mine cheap'n'easy, just boiled taters, thinly sliced onion strips, salt, pepper, a squeezed lemon (I also scrape out its insides for extra zest), and a bit of oil to homogenise everything. I make at least 1-1.5kg of salad in one session, which I then proceed to consume over the following 2-3 hours.

I always end up hating myself on the couch, but that salad is sooo goood...

if you work in or near a hospital then this can be a very satisfying way of getting a ride to work
