This was 100% me this year. Had a bit of a mental health crisis followed by a huge string of bad luck, including COVID and then contracting RSV a month later. Thankfully I also found a good therapist and got an amazing dog so even despite all of that I feel stronger mentally than I have in a decade!

Sometimes it's all we can do to make it through, and to remember we do not walk alone. While we can't always see the ones who share our paths, there are still those happy to know we made it to the other side.
