The Scarlet Witch head dress is in the 80/90's style of the comic books and the hairdos have the same dated look.

It’s 100% from the 2012 film, their scene in these costumes is about 45 min in. Still huge nerds doing porn but just more modern nerds. Also the 2010s saw a resurgence in 80s fashions the same way we’re seeing a resurgence of 90s/early aughts fashions now.
