I know this is c/memes but .. Sort of, yeah. Not a whole one that I'm aware of, but there are stl files around for hard-to-find parts. Mostly trim and non-structural stuff AFAIK, like the door handles on my car are notorious for breaking, and absolutely impossible to source, so I have the models here ready to go if I ever need them. It's kinda cool.
That's honestly really impressive. Also gives me some ideas if I ever get the 3d printer up and running again

This makes me wonder if you could take a mod for a game like Assetto Corsa and turn the 3D models into printable files

you generally can but modelling for games is about a different kind of efficiency than when you have to worry about infils, unsupported overhangs, and other materials science things that 3D prints have to consider, so you don't really have a hard drive full of free physical toys sitting in you game library.

I mean you can still probably do a lot of them just be ready to deal with fiddly supports and such

Not familiar with the game, but a quick web search tells me that apparently AC models are in FBX format. Blender should be able to load that and convert to stl for printing.

Has anyone ever 3D printed a car?

This guy 3D printed the body of a Lamborghini in sections and glued them together: https://www.yankodesign.com/2023/05/11/a-father-son-duo-3d-printed-an-entire-lamborghini-aventador-and-it-looks-stunningly-real/
