yarp i went there last week cuz someone said /r/nfl was pretty ok but i got out quickly. maybe after being gone for years my tolerance for reddit's... cadence? vibe? is too low. i can't even with those cats, even when they're not fumbling politics

they're just such insufferable pricks. every time i read the comments on literally any post i think to myself "holy fuck how do these people tolerate being in the same room as themselves 24/7"
only exception is r/soccer, mostly bc it's the least yank-centric and most global south populated big sub. still tons of cringe but better than most
