The connotations of the term "first world" are racist, but only because it makes the US bloc "first". However, the literal meaning isn't racist, it describes a geopolitical bloc of satanic war criminal countries which should not have survived the cold war.
I assume this comic is from the reality where Posadists were proven conclusively wrong, because the alien is there but so is the "first" world.
