Anyone know how tariff stuff affected trans diy in the u.s?
Let me know if this needs to be tagged correctly, but I was wondering how the tariffs and ending of the de minimis exemption has affected getting hrt in the united states from overseas?
Last week I recently lost access to my hrt prescription due to the doctor I was seeing leaving. So it's either finding someone new, which I'm not sure if I can since finding a doctor in the past was extremely difficult and I got lucky to even find that doctor, or just go back to what I was doing to begin with, which was diying a decade ago.
I know there is Open Gate Labs but I was wondering about other places that are listed like on hrt coffee or hrtcafe that are overseas.

Last I checked most Indian pharmacies are not shipping to the US currently, for exactly that reason. Neither does Inhouse Pharmacy. So I'm struggling to find pills and back on monotherapy.

Otokonoko might still be shipping to the US? Please note that the domain listed on hrt [dot] coffee is wrong -- it should be [dot] am, not [dot] com. I think they had some staffing and supplier changes at the beginning of 2025, too.

Just purchased from Otokonoko a couple weeks back.
TLDR, there is ~$15 shipping, then an additional $20 fee.

The fee happens later on after its shipped btw. DHL will send you a text or email saying a fee is due.
