I've recently noticed that my bras hurt. I don't feel like the boobs are any bigger, and also their shape seems to me as strange (why is the aoela thing bulging out????). And the boobs are too pointy, and the nipple is asymmetric (more to the up than down). Like the whole boob is like an overhang cliff.
My point is that I'm clearly not doing something right, and probably need tk support the breasts from underneath. What do I do basically? I'm thinking of buying clothing measuring tape and getting a better size bra, but I'm not sure what the correct construction of the bra itself should be.

I generally suggest people avoid wired bras to begin with. What types of bras have you already tried?
Generally speaking, the best bras to 'trial' are sports bras and bralettes of an appropriate (somewhat loose) size, these tend to provide decent support while not having to get very nitty gritty on cup sizes and fits which often times are variable depending on the company you're buying from. I also suggest avoiding polyester and stick with cotton on your first bras cause a lot of people have issues with chafing with polyester.
Boobs also come in all shapes and yours are growing for at least the next 5-10 years since you started.

Going to a bra store and having them help you is the best way to go. It took me a while to get over the anxiety of doing so but it was worth it.

Not trans or woman but I have a bit of experience because my ex was very sensitive to bras. Wire-less brass such as those from the brand Sloggi were very comfy for her, I got her a few as a gift (rather expensive unfortunately) and she wore them all the time. My advice would be honestly to look for china-made wire-less bras on Ali or similar websites, I've done it for barefoot shoes and the risk to get something that doesn't work for you is low due to the low prices, and if you find something comfy and affordable you'll get it for 1/3 the price of western brands and equal quality.
Also regarding boob shapes, abab.

Hey, honest question. Is it ok in your opinion that I answered the post as a cishet guy? It appeared on my feed and I thought I had some input, but if you think I stepped outta line I'll avoid answering in future posts in the comm
