I used to have a bearded dragon just like that one. Assuming that's a Lawson's dragon. We called him Oscar the Aussie. No pictures though this was nearly 30 years ago. There are wonderful critters. Very affectionate for a lizard. He would crawl up onto my shoulder and nestle in my hair against my neck and just chill.
Also the way that tail is in that picture this one is definitely about to take a huge shit.
