So I'm a trans guy who had top surgery. I am super happy that I did it and have no regrets but I think it would be nice to be able to have boobs from time to time. I'm just not sure where to get a quality pair of breast forms. I'm not super concerned about price since it's really just a one time purchase and I'm doing decently enough in the finance department. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

Probably just a medical supply company if I'm understanding correctly what you want? I'm thinking of the prosthesis they'll give to patients that had a mastectomy for breast cancer treatment. My mother got a single mastectomy several years ago and that's what she's got for it, so maybe that's what you're looking for.

Yeah I'd suggest this too. Breast forms online can be very hit or miss, I tried some early on in transition and they looked super comical. Something professional would go a long way

Quick thought. If any soft tissue imaging was done prior to your surgery, you may be able to get 3d models based on that to use for casting a prosthesis. That could be a good route for something that fits your body in a familiar way.

That's a really interesting thought but I am pretty certain that didn't get done beforehand. At any rate I am hoping to avoid anything medical due to the gatekeeping that inherently comes with it and also due to my being uninsured

Hey, if you're still looking for some, I have a fabric set that I recently bought but they're bigger than I wanted.
