Endeavour is another good baby Arch that's closer to upstream Arch.
I just know that the Manjaro team is full of weird libertarian guys who are constantly making dumb mistakes and decisions that end up breaking the security of the OS (like using older versions of AUR packages and pretty frequently letting their SSL certs lapse meaning there's no more security while downloading packages).
Don't let her discover NixOS or we'll never see her outside ever again.

I'm going to nitpick the years of the OS/distros:
2017: Ditching Windows in 2017-2018 is a bit of a headscratcher. Windows 10 was released in 2015, Windows 7 no longer had support in 2020, and Windows 11 was released on 2021. The meme would work better if you bump the years by 2-3 years, so she would be a Windows 7 holdout.
2018: Mint ranked 1 on Distrowatch in 2017 and ranked 2 on Distrowatch for 2018, so it makes sense for her to switch to Mint. Plus, Mint is the distro that everyone recommends for people coming from Windows and for good reason.
2019: Going from Mint to Ubuntu before ditching the Debian/Ubuntu line entirely for the Arch line is also pretty iffy. I guess she really wanted to try out Gnome?
2020: Manjaro is ranked 2 on Distrowatch in 2019 and 2020, so it makes sense for her to pick that as her Arch distro. I think the hate against Manjaro also started at this point, but I'm a bit fuzzy on the exact date.
2021: This is just her ditching Manjaro because it sucks.
