Twin picked up sour cream so paprika hendl again!
Also already planning christmas because it's not my religious holiday, I asked husband what he wanted.
He wanted a Thanksgiving do-over cause he was very sick during that, unfortunately. So more turkey time!

didn't make the croquettes until today, we had a mushroom pasta bake (bechamel & cheese) because there was a significant drop in temp and that was great homey baked casserole goodness.
The croquettes I added some spicy paprika and a bit of mozz, but I just set the breading/crust and am going to freeze them for one of the busier days ahead when I need something quick, easy and filling.
