Love it. What is that sauce/gravy/jus?
I had this in mind tonight, and did a pork steak and stamppot 😀, but I think I didn't have the pan hot enough and the pork steak was idk tender, right temp, but just meh.
If I end up with food poisoning from the pork, ima be so upset......

I used an instant gravy called Paxo best beef gravy and I added in the pan juices from the steak.
