These mornings don't get any easier. I was just trying to get back to sleep without checking the time them brrrrrp brrrrrp brrrrrp bloody alarm goes off. 3:30 is not a fun time to be waking up.

Yeah it might suck later in the day, but at least with this weather it's humanly possible to get out of bed.

I mean we finish at 2, which is nice but we also go to bed damn early. Some kind of swing and roundabout situation.

Yeah when I read how people love winter, I think yeah well you're probably getting out of bed at 8 and heading to the office in your car.
Winter hits differently at 3:30 am.

We start at 6 am. I live on Russell Island. For some reason we go to the ferry at 4 to catch the 4:30 ferry. ( Get a good park and actually get a seat. Ferry is bloody packed )
Then find the car in the car park somewhere. ( Lol, we do forget, especially on a Monday morning )
Then drive to work grabbing a coffee on the way. Traffic is often stopped on the motorway around Logan. Arrive at work around 5:30 and sit in my car till clocking on and starting all over again.
Such fun.
And as I've said elsewhere, we finish at 2 and get home about 3:15 which is nice. But then often in bed by 7:30 to 8 or 8:30. Oh and I'm not a morning person.
